The personal information we gather about our customers and email subscribers is only used for our own promotional reasons. We may send you special codes via email, and maybe even physical products, as a thank you, or to try out and test. But we will never share our lists and your personal info to any 3rd party for any reason.

Return Policy

Sassy Skin & Soul Care uses only the ingredients we list in our product descriptions, and we make a lot of custom blends for our customers, and because of that, we do not accept returns. As herbalists, we do not nor can we legally give out medical advice. We can, however, offer and share the medicinal-type qualities that our plant allies have been known to possess, and add them to our products. It is up to you to speak with your doctor, dermatologist, or other health practitioners you employ, about any new herbs or plants you may want to try for medicinal purposes, to make sure they will not counter-act another medication you may be taking.

If you have any issues with any of our products, we will do what we can to correct the situation, so please feel free to reach out. Having a no return policy doesn’t mean you will be stuck with a product that is flawed, or that you completely hate. We only use all natural, synthetic and chemical-free ingredients in small batches, to ensure quality, reciprocity, and over-all well being of not only us, but of our home and community.
