The heart chakra (known as Anahata in Sanskrit) serves as our energy center for both giving and receiving love, as well as compassion, forgiveness and empathy. It is located in the center of the chest between the shoulder blades in the back. It also serves as a center for connection between us and the rest of the world, as well as a bridge between the spiritual and physical realms.
The heart chakra is associated with the color green, the element Air, the planet Venus, and the astrological signs of Libra and Taurus. When it is underactive, you may feel emotionally closed off, struggle giving and receiving love, and find difficulties in forgiving and moving on. If it is overactive, you may be communicating and giving too much, misjudging people and situations, or become codependent on others. Physically, we may experience chest pain and heart disease, panic attacks, shortness of breath, restlessness, depression, lack of energy, immune system deficiencies, and shoulder and upper back pain.
Our Heart Chakra soap has a Coconut Milk base, and is made with Rose, Neem, Moringa, Neroli & Jasmine Essential oils, and ground Helichrysum & Nettle. Slightly floral and refreshing.
When your Heart chakra opens up, you may feel a surge of emotions, that need to be felt and processed for healing. You will omit a loving energy, and be able to receive that love. You will be deeply connected to others.
