Spring is about new beginnings, starting over, and waking up from a winters slumber. Dandelions and Daffodils are one of the first bright bursts of color after the cold, dreary, grey-muted landscaped, which already makes them perfect picks for our Awakening Soap. But then you realize just how many amazing and beneficial properties they have for our skin and overall health, and it was a shoo-in!
We infused Dandelion flower, leaves and root into Grapeseed and Sweet Almond oils with Calendula oil into Coconut Milk with Narcissus (Daffodil) essential oil, and threw in some ground Nettles and Calendula flowers, and got these creamy, beautiful, daffodil-smelling soaps that will refresh and rejuvenate the most dry winter skin, getting you ready for summer.
These plants and herbs give these soaps tons of wonderful benefits for your skin, including vitamins A, C & K, zinc, calcium and potassium, promotes liver and skin health, aides in digestion, is an antioxidant, astringent, anti-inflammatory, and slows down the aging process of skin. And they smell exactly like spring.
